Mục tiêu công việc:
- Xây dựng chiến lược Marketing cho các sản phẩm và kênh bán hàng được phân công.
- Triển khai thực hiện và đánh giá hoạt động marketing thường xuyên, liên tục, nhằm đạt được hiệu suất cao nhất.
- Truyền cảm hứng, hỗ trợ, thúc đẩy và lãnh đạo đội ngũ kinh doanh.
Nhiệm vụ chính:
- Thu thập, tổng hợp và đánh giá thường xuyên, liên tục các thông tin của thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh. Lên kế hoạch và thực hiện các phân tích dữ liệu thị trường (data analysis)
- Xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch marketing và triển khai các hoạt động marketing cho các sản phẩm được phân công phụ trách thảo nhằm nâng cao nhận biết về công ty và sản phẩm
- Triển khai & thúc đẩy các hoạt động đưa thuốc vào danh mục thầu với quota hợp lý, đồng thời tăng tỉ lệ bán hàng trong thầu.
- Xây dựng và thực hiện các buổi đào tạo sản phẩm, chiến lược sản phẩm và kĩ năng cho đội ngũ kinh doanh.
- Theo dõi và đánh giá doanh số định kỳ, đánh giá hiệu quả các hoạt động và chính sách marketing.
- Thực hiện các công việc logistics và marketing cho sản phẩm: nhãn mác sản phẩm, tờ rơi quảng cáo, gimmicks, dự báo và theo dõi doanh số, khoán doanh số, phối hợp và hỗ trợ bộ phận lập kế hoạch sản xuất, tồn kho và vận chuyển hàng hóa, kê khai lại giá, điều chỉnh giá và chính sách marketing, ...
- Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ, đột xuất theo yêu cầu của Quản lý
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương (BM), làm việc trong môi trường công ty đa quốc gia là lợi thế.
- Kinh nghiệm làm các sản phẩm kênh OTC và ETC
- Kiến thức về thị trường, phương pháp nghiên cứu thị trường & đối thủ cạnh tranh.
- Quản trị dự án và tổ chức sự kiện
- Am hiểu về các văn bản, thông tư, nghị định… của nhà nước về chính sách đấu thầu thuốc, các quy định quản lý về Thuốc.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, đàm phán tốt.
- Trung thực, ý thức trách nhiệm cao, chịu được áp lực công việc
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh thành thạo trong công việc
- Thành tạo tin học văn phòng, các công cụ hỗ trợ công việc
