Position: Engineer - Service & Support

Working Time: Monday - Friday (subject to modification based on customer preferences)
Working Location: HCMC + Travel to customers' sites (Locations: Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia & Indonesia)
Interview Round: 2 rounds
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop an in-depth understanding of company’s products, and solutions Assess the performance of the bots timely Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and malfunctions Effectively repair or replace faulty components and ensure bots are fully operational Document and maintain detailed service records and reports Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams Build and maintain enduring customer relationships; provide proactive recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction Train end users on operating and maintaining the bot Stay informed about company products, the competitive landscape, and industry trends Ensure that service procedures and standards are adhered to at all times REQUIREMENTS Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechatronics (degree in robotics is most preferred) Proven experience in servicing, repairing, or maintaining AMRs or robots Ability to run/execute C/C++/Python based tools to collect data Ability to understand logs, analyze and troubleshoot problems Working knowledge of embedded systems, and updating firmware Working knowledge of Linux is an added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric with a commitment to delivering exceptional solutions and service Willingness to travel to customer sites for demos, solutioning, and service Working knowledge of using Jira or similar tools CONTACT INFORMATION Email: thong.luu@manpower.com.vn (Harvey) LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/harveyliubb/
