Job Description :
• Monitor supplier understanding and implementation of company’s quality requirements to meet project plan, production plan and customer requirements.
• Handle supplier complaints and quality sales.
• Coordinate supplier Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities, including measuring harmonization
• Review Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) & make release decision for supplier PPAP, approve PPAP
• Conduct incoming inspection of sample parts and monitoring supplier improvement actions
• Future and business oriented supplier development concepts
• Build up a new supplier
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement :
• Bachelor degree or master degree is preferable, major in mechanical engineering, material science / engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in related position – incoming inspection or supplier management in automotive industry.
• Strength and good experience in area of production quality and planning quality.
• Solid knowledge on TS16949, APQP (Advanced Poduct Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA, MSA (Measuring System Analysis), SPC and Sampling inspection.
• Knowledge of drawing reading, geometric tolerances, measuring theory & method.
• Supplier Complaints handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills including negotiating techniques, conflict management, supplier relationship management.
• Logical thinking, goal orientation, capable to work under high pressure.
• Travel national and international.
• Fluent English
• Strong MS Office skills
